Terms of Service

The agreement between you and K&K WAY ENT LLC when you use our website or services.

Agreement to terms.

By accessing or using TennesseeContractorLicense.com or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Description of services.

We provide consulting services related to Tennessee contractor licensing, including strategy sessions, application support packages, and educational content. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not issue licenses, prepare legal documents, perform CPA functions, or sell financial products.

No guaranteed outcomes.

We do not guarantee that you will receive a Tennessee contractor license, pass any exam, or achieve any specific outcome as a result of using our services. Licensing decisions are made solely by the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors. Our role is to provide guidance based on Kelly's experience and expertise; the work of obtaining the license is yours.

Payment terms.

Fees for services are payable as stated at the time of booking or in your engagement agreement.

For single sessions (Strategy Sessions, intro calls), payment is required at booking.

For the Application Package, payment is typically 50% upfront and 50% on application submission. Alternative arrangements may be available.

Refunds are addressed below.

Refund policy.

Strategy Sessions: If we determine on the call that we're not the right fit for your situation, we'll refund the full session fee. After a completed session, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been performed.

Application Package: If you decide to discontinue the engagement, we refund unused portions on a pro-rated basis. The proration is based on which working sessions have already occurred and which deliverables have been completed.

Free intro calls: No fee, no refund needed.

Your responsibilities.

You agree to provide accurate information about your situation, trade background, and licensing goals. The quality of our guidance depends on the quality of the information you share.

You agree to take the actions we discuss in good faith. We can guide you, but we cannot do the application for you.

You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors before making decisions.
