The first 15 minutes
Kelly asks questions about your specific situation. The goal is to understand exactly which license type fits, what documentation you'll need, and where your roadblocks actually are.
The middle 35 minutes
We work through your specific questions in order of importance. Real answers, not vague generalities. Kelly walks you through the parts of the application where most people get stuck.
The last 10 minutes
We summarize the next three to five steps you need to take. You leave the call knowing exactly what comes next.
After the call: Within 24 hours, you'll get a written summary with your action items, recommended resources, and answers to any follow up questions that came up. You also get one free email response if a quick question comes up later.

Common questions before booking.
How do I prepare for the call?
You'll get an intake form after you book. It asks about your trade experience, where you are in the application, what you've already tried, and what you're stuck on. Filling it out completely makes the call far more productive. Plan on 10 to 15 minutes for the form.
What if I need more than one session?
Some people do. If during the call it becomes clear that your situation needs ongoing support, Kelly will tell you, and the $127 you paid applies as a credit toward the Application Package if you upgrade within 30 days. No double charging.
Can you give me legal advice?
No. Kelly is a licensed Tennessee general contractor sharing his experience and operational guidance. He's not an attorney. For legal questions specific to your situation, especially around business entity formation or contract review, you'll want a Tennessee small business attorney.
What if my situation is more complicated than a typical applicant?
Kelly has worked on residential, commercial, and industrial projects across multiple states. Complex situations (out of state licensing, classification questions, unusual experience documentation) are often where a strategy session is most valuable. Book the call and we'll figure out together whether one hour is enough.
Is this refundable?
If we get on the call and it becomes immediately clear that I'm not the right fit for your situation (for example, you actually need something I don't offer, like exam tutoring or legal advice), I'll refund you in full. Otherwise, the work happens on the call itself, so refunds aren't available after the session.
